Melissa comes to KED with an extensive background in communications and marketing. She most recently taught communication studies at Eureka College and Bradley University. Her diverse experiences give her insight into delivering relevant, powerful brand messaging that not only evolves an organization’s ability to communicate with its customers, but also translates its mission and vision into actionable goals everyone can understand and respond to in a positive manner. Melissa holds a Master’s degree in Communications from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Political Science from Coe College.
