THE CHALLENGE
To keep its equipment and technology state of the art, this local Mazda dealership embarked on a significant expansion of the existing service department space, with other renovations planned for adjacent areas.

KED SOLUTION : Electrical, Mechanical and HVAC Systems
Service shops require specialized equipment, and this pre-engineered building was no exception. A major portion of the upgrade involved new electrical, mechanical, heating and ventilation systems — including installation of a vehicle exhaust system and trench drains. As part of the design-build team, we worked closely with the owner and the general contractor to ensure our designs improved the function and operation of the service department, as well as to provide more accurate budgets and pricing of new systems.
