THE CHALLENGE
The client needed to transform a former toy store into a new Burlington Coat Factory location. Burlington Corporate requires a very specific franchise layout for each of its locations. The layout includes pre-determined placements of all store elements, requiring very detailed system planning. The store also had specific intercom communication needs that go beyond the standard systems. There were also no existing building plans, adding to the complexity of the project.

KED SOLUTION : Relocating for Building Usage Transition
We performed fieldwork to overcome the lack of building plans. We installed a specialized telecom and data system to meet the store’s communication needs, allowing for seamless operation. We closely followed the Burlington franchise plans, matching every detail to ensure all requirements were met. The location has since been approved by Burlington Corporate and is now bringing in revenue and thriving in the marketplace.
